what's a good ratio of coaches wages versus player wages? I am currently running about 3:1 and i am wondering if this is good or bad.

i would love to have either you or Lakay's ratio! my coaches are running about where you guys are. player sales are the only thing keeping me solvent.

Maybe too much for coaches, but...whatever. I don't have to worry about any great trainee getting their full potential.

Doh! Except when they are injured. I wish their was a way in this game to influence injury time with doctors or whatever.

yea assistants are overrated, i told you thats how i got my profit/minus so negative with savings and just spending on players

you're successful thru tactics. if you had jonandabby's players (or what he could have if he didn't always turn over to keep getting better), you'd be insane.
