Subject: supporter mood

My supporters have now been furious since game 7 of last season. Am I just supposed to figure out how to compete with diminishing income each week?

The developers of the game really screwed up with this change to the game.

I decided to not Reup my Plus renewal, as a protest, but no else seems to care as I believe they keep on renewing.

I gained 3 supporters this week!!!

First time since the change I didn't lose any.

I guess you can't lose supporters every week.

Personally I lost 18 supporters this week, but I did lose 22-0 so it seems fair!

I'm not renewing my Plus unless something is done.
Its out of control

My team rating went up as I lost 5-4 to a team with a higher rating, but still lost 24 furious supporters.

I think it is time for Guac to weigh in. What is the sense of the admins and developers? Did they accomplish what they wanted?

honestly I've enjoyed this supporter increase because I've been gaining 20 supporters like every week..

My supporters are madly in love but I only gain 3 or 4 supporters a week.

I just think it is ridiculous how much friendlies and cup games matter cause my trainees are pitiful and I lose to C league teams more often than not during them.

I don't have a problem with the way cup games are counted. If anything I wish they would come up with a way to get clubs to try harder in the cup. Why shouldn't teams try to win it. Balancing training is part of the game, I'm not saying to take that part out. Something like 3x the current bonus money might help, and increasing the number of teams to get bonus money.

Ya, that is true. I dont have much of a problem with cup matches. I just dont like risking injury to my stars when i have tough games coming up. But friendlies definitely shouldnt count for much.

I have nothing against the supporter system, for me it looks bit too random. For example last week I gained 10 fans, which is a record for me in past 4 months. However yesterday only 2 fans joined and I won easily in cup and league. Just doesn`t seem logical.

Some people have complained in mods forum too, but after Greg`s explanations everyone basically agree that it`s no a bad system at all.

There is no need to actually - it was few pages long discussuion between greg and another mod.

Getting old ... was at 1780 supporters .. now down to 1528 and FALLING.

What is the summary, then? Why do friendlies make even a bit of difference?
