I signed several good coaches how long to the contracts go for a signed coach?

Coach contracts last forever, or at least until they die. Which supposedly hasn't happened in the game yet.

or until you sack them, but that costs money (you have to pay one week's wages as they leave). If you fire coaches, do it after Wednesday (training update) but before Saturday (wages paid). Otherwise you pay them twice... If you hire coaches, do it after Saturday but before Wednesday's training update. That way you don't pay them for the first week (they miss the payday) but they do train your players.
