The US strikers came alive in their match against Sweden, scoring 4 goals on 12 shots. The young Americans next face the 40th ranked, and also undefeated, French squad. The French team is notorious for taking fouls, an average of about 5 per game compared to the Amercan 1. Meanwhile, the French tend to seriously out-shoot their opponents, an average of about 23 shots per game. The Americans shoot about as often, but have had great difficulties putting those shots behind the opposing goalies. The question is, can the American strikers repeat their latest scoring performance? If they can, there is a good chance for them to defeat France in this match.

Should I pull out an 8-1-1 formation to stop all those shots?

That didn't go as well as I had hoped.

France has better strikers than we do. We were missing our top Striker and our top defender, really hurt our chances.

Friendlies the rest of the way. All U20 asap.

I'll probably start adding 20 year olds next week. Don't be surprised to see your stud 21 year old of the roster, there is only so much roster space.
