Yes, according to the new rules.

for what i understand in the new system the junior has the same value as yesterday before the change. what it has changes is the visibility due to your Coach.

About the skill visibility: i think Talent will be harder to estimate if not impossible with the new system. But this is my guess, i want to see how it works first before judge it.

The problem is that a low level youth coach will not view the actual talent or skills as accurately as the higher level coaches. So your youth is still Formidable but the Coach sees him as V Good now, this may change when he sees him play though.......does that make sense?

Thats crazy, i just pulled an unearthly coach on monday on my first try and replaced my brilliant JC with the new guy and today i noticed that 8 of my players have higher skill levels than they were on sunday!

So maybe this question is too early to pose, but how are we supposed to judge the talent? All of the guys i have are 5.5 or lower, so those guys are safe i think. At least i'll have a good idea of their final skill but what about the new ones coming in?

I am not sure if the game actually "reads" who is the certain coach at the moment. It might just remember the settings from last Thursday.
Is it easy to pull an unearthly coach? I am planning to try doing it after the next season and not sure if it's worth money to set all the skills on divine or rather stay with unearthly and save some bucks.

I wish I had all goalies in my squad, they give you the largest return on average in my opinion. I have 23 juniors and none are goalies.

i dont think its easy to pull an unearthly coach, at least that's what i've read in the forums. But i was bored of reading the forums and decided to try to pull a magical coach and got an unearthly by accident i guess. Set all the skills to magical, stamina and keeper to brilliant and got lucky. i've never set all the skills to divine. max i've done is magical on all.

this is bizarre...i checked everyone of my juniors. no matter what their level is, the graphs all show them going to level 0 today. is this going to get corrected?

Yeah i think that'll be fixed soon, has been mentioned in the international forums
