Subject: diminishing return on technique???

Ok I have a question for the vets out there or anyone else who wants to chime in. I train strikers and I have one that is about to turn 24 and will very soon have brilliant pace, tech and striking across the board. So my question is, where should I go from here with him? I feel like that to get to the point where a striker could dribble through an A level defender or better, he is probably going to have to have Divine Tech and I know that I cannot get my guy there, so should I really train it too much on him moving forward? I know that tech is important but is it as important as pace and striking at this point? Basically would you rather have a striker who had Magical Pace, Magical Tech and Unearthly Striking, or Unearthly Pace, Brilliant Tech, and Unearthly Striking?

how long do you plan to train him?? It all depends on your needs, based on your team and division opponents. And of course how you play.
If You use wingers and they are good on delivering crosses, then high striking is a better option, but if you based your team on trying to break through defenders, then higher Tec and Pace is fundamental.
Will you train the player to keep and and then switch training type or will you sell him and then when will you sell him?? if this is your target then monitor the market and see what kind of striker get the high revenue, and train accordingly.
