Hi,

I'm the manager of Rochester Yellowjackets from US B-12 league. I finished this season 2nd behind Freemason`s Tavern who was directly promoted. I've been playing this game for a while and enjoy it a lot.

I am very knowledgeable of how the game works, but at the same time I admit I'm not the expert like a few guys from the top US league, thus I would be open to friendly suggestions from other managers from the US.

In friendly matches I would look to give opportunity to some younger players and would occasionally field the U19 squad in friendly league.

My ultimate goal would be to get USA U21 team to WC and improver our rankings, but also to prepare some young players for senior national team.

My requirements would be (again I am open to suggestions of veterans from our leagues on how to improve these):
