Hello Dear Friends. I'm running to become coach NT USA.
I only kindly ask you to look some matches of my team (possibly of championship) in order ti evaluate my sokker conception.
I guarantee the top of effort, ideas, experience and strategic application in order to get the best results for NT USA, of course, with the important contribution of those of you who help me to find the best players.
I only ask you the patience to evaluate my tactics before your vote.

Do you think that you have any chance to compete with Phil for the NT spot considering that he went through qualifications winning every games and without conceding goals??? and there's not USA coach running for elections, they all know that Phil will probably get 100% of the votes....

Frankly, I hope the my non-candidacy is met with as much enthusiasm.
That's right: he's showing to be a great coach and i'm sure he would confirm it also when the average score will be not so great in favor of his team.
However i think that movements without the ball of my players are particularly interesting (that's the main reason for what i invite you to look my matches) and the way to get the best performance from each player is equally gratifying.
Thank you for the kindness of your answers. It is evidently clear to everyone that my candidacy is to get the best for NT USA and not to kill someone ;-)
In conclusion, I invite those who would be included in my possible staff to write me sk-mail.
I need five friends, four experts in gk, def, midfielders and strikers, and one who knows the Italian language for being my right arm in public relations. It is not important that he is particularly expert in sokker, so the invitation is addressed also to the friends of the categories below.

well i'm italian, and i could help you with that, but i don't think you will stand a chance in this election.
the players database it is not as big as the italian one, so scouting it is not really a priority around here.
and by the way we are a bunch of "lazies" around here, why don't you link us the games you think your tactic shows its best....

About my tactics, First: I don't say they are the best; Second: the opponents of the NT U.S. could read. Third, already in italian i prefere facts, no words. in English even more...

About tactics I promise to publish the analysis of every match, in order to make available to everyone, especially members of less time, my experience and my ideas gained in this wonderful game.
Everyone could take great or small suggestions for his team: about attention to the game by shooting stopped, the doubling on the wings, the tactical offside, to the best use of multiskill, the maniacal care to the offensive and defensive phases, the tricks to make more effective the pressing on the ball-carrying opponent.
All this will be made public in an English much better than mine, thanks to the contribution of those friends who will be chosen as kind interpreter. And some of you, whom I thank, have already written sk-mail to me to propose themselves.
We are approaching the end of the election and I see that only a small percentage of members voted. I know that all you care about the fate of the National Team, for at least two reasons: for the spirit of patriotism and because a winning National Team would get a greater number of members who would make the U.S. leagues more competitives. You should imagine how much more fun would be a forum full of people ready to support each other and maybe to become friends.
Voting is as easy as drinking a glass of water. Just a little more than two shots of the mouse.
Next Sunday I will have a difficult league match against a team stronger than mine. Unfortunately, the form of my team does not help me. But i will Link my match, in order to invite you to vote.
If you like the way of play of my team you could vote for me, otherwise you do for other candidates.
In any case you will be involved in growing your National Team ;-)

Of course I am not satisfied with the result, which demonstrates the great importance of the wings. Absent the best wing (tragic form), I had to use a player slightly injured, which has not been able to create the many occasions that it could.
Each game teaches something. However, beyond the result, I'm happy with the game delivered, except for throw-ins on the right, under attack. For the next game also this error will be avoided.
