now that i look closer.... 13 of my 24 juniors popped tonight.

4 of them popped 3 levels
4 of them popped 2 levels



Call it a hunch, but I doubt I'm the Lone ranger here.

I just looked at two of mine, one went from Good to Excellent, another went from Outstanding to Excellent, so I'm just as confused as you are.

I wonder if they will fix or adjust.

The guy I have who went from Outstanding down to Excellent has been in my school for 32 weeks and he is supposed to come out next week. He was tracking to come out Outstanding, so right now I'm screwed.

I keep putting time into this game and the game keeps screwing me.

this up and down in the junior skills might be because there have not been any games play yet......we will see next week...

I don't know what the hell is going on, but a lot of my juniors dropped by 2 this week :(. One did improve by 2, but then again he dropped by 2 last week. Whether this is some bug or what is it I don't know, but it is becoming increasingly annoying.

One of mine dropped 2 levels last week, and then gained 3 levels this week.

It appears that the junior coaches opinion of each juniors lvl is affected by a new random number each week. The better the coach the smaller the number i assume. If this is the case tracking talent with any thing less than say a brilliant youth coach is going to be more or less impossible.
1 of my juniors was an 11 has gone 9,11,11
another was a 6 has gone 5,6,7
another was a 7 has gone 8,6,8
all have 4 week to 4.5 week talent before the change

There is an open project for SV. As soon we will get enough data we will get this implemented into SV.
