I really don't understand whats going on now. I had 1 junior drop 3 skill levels this week, which was only his first week in the school! I know I must have missed some rule updates about this, but dropping 3 levels in a week seems excessive.

I have others with lots of fluctuation as well, but the most disturbing thing is that some of the player graphs seem to change from week to week. I'm not talking about only skill level, but the increases and decrease change for some players historically as well.

I'm really not liking many of the recent game changes, and am not sure how long I'll continue to play now.

Anyone else feeling the same way, or is it just me?

something about how the coaches have different evaluations of a player from time to time. also, some have stated that this fluctuation is greater with a less talented coach.
agreed that is it perhaps not fully hatched.
I promoted a 'Magical' keeper. only to find out that he has better skill for striker that keeper

that's scarey. strikers as keepers...hmm...

its just you. and by that i mean its everyone

I have a brilliant junior coach; hate to see what th fluctuations would be if he were less talented!
Anyway, I think the developers blew it on this one. We'll see what happens in the future I guess.

My juniors are all over the place as well, with an unearthly coach.

mine are pretty constant so far with my superdivine coach

I have a formidable youth coach and I am considering scrapping my youth school because i have no idea about their current lvl not to mention talent at all for any player. I have 1 junior who started at solid and is getting consistently worse! The rest jump around so there is no way to tell anything about them.

but we know the ages now, which is extremely important

average stamina __average keeper
excellent pace ____adequate defender
average technique _average playmaker
solid passing ______good striker
at 173cm tall, 20 year old, would you say he is better keeper or striker?

mid

True the ages help, but we'll have to wait until they play for awhile before we get any idea of talent.

I just sacked my Brilliant coach and brought in Chuck Norris to straighten things out.

20 yo is a bit of a hit. but the rest of him? for a mid? nice!

I agree, this whole junior squad change is a total disaster. Maybe the idea behind the change to make it more realistic was ok, but the execution is poor. It's a good example of what happens when you try to be too fancy.
