if you win the 2 remaining games, considering that Romania play Switzerland in the last round, you will be taking the u21NT to the finals......

Basically Romania vs Switzerland will eliminate one, if USA win the 2 remaining games....

I don't think we can catch Romania(would come down to GD), we need them to at least get a draw against the swiss so we can move into 2nd.

my bad, i thought Romania had 18 points...

There has to be some 19-20 year old defensemen some where.

I found a defender, a mid and a backup keeper. If I can find 2 more defenders we could have a competitive class.

Timmy got injured and no way to put him coming league game :( Good thing - he will be back on Wednesday game.

Sorry about Timmy. We had some chances, they were the better team this time. I held out our top striker as we need him in the coming weeks.


I found another defender this morning, count on him starting next time. Also keeps us from using an 18 year old back up.

Tomorrow night we face Philippines, we need a win to keep our chances alive. I can't see us making up the goal differential, so we just sit back and hope Romania gets a point against the Swiss next week.
