Subject: Assistant Coaches

If you have two assistant coaches underneath a main coach who is brilliant, will the assistants negate some of the main coach's skill? I guess i'm asking if its better just to have my main brilliant coach by himself or if its ok to have a formidible and a solid assistant coach beneath him as well?

it is good to have assistant coaches even if they are lesser quality. they help out with training a little.

yes, by all means have assistants. however some might say that a solid coach is not going to give much training.

Try to get Excellent or maybe formidable at the start. The extra wages aren't that much.
