Time of change.



Rules of the thread:

New Junior Pull

Need to satisfy one or more of those conditions

-At least Incredible as higher skill reached: because of the actual junior development graph it doesn't have to be the level of the promotion week. Need to be proved by a printscreen with graphs if you have PLUS.

-Skill distribution: at least 2 very good or higher skill

-Skill Sum: maximun 18 years old; he has to have a skill sum of at least 40 without stamina. If you have osokker this easily done, if not just get the skill number value and sum them all excluding stamina.

- Skill Sum: maximun17 years old; he has to have a skill sum of at least 34 without stamina. If you have osokker this easily done, if not just get the skill number value and sum them all excluding stamina.

- 16 Years Old: good skills distribution, to be decided on each player based on season time

-Keepers: 2 keeper skills (keeper, pace, passing) @ least good



This Thread is to Post the the new pulls and discuss about it. To update the players and keep track of them we will use those new thread in the NT forum.

Future stars: Keepers

Future Stars: Defenders

Future Stars: Midfielders

Future Stars: Forwards


And of course this thread can be used for any Junior pull

So this thread is for pulls only? I'm ok with this btw.

What about the future starts thread? Lets say I pull a 17 year old with 32 skill points (that is 3 short of the requirements). And I train him this season and get 8 pops, that is 40 skill points. Can he be added when he reaches the 35 skill points? or is he out of luck?

This is for the "exceptional" pulls, so we compare our luck, and try to keep those USA players inbound.

In that case you mentioned, is the owner job and the coach job that the player end in the NT database.

Anyway if that 17yo has a good skill distribution, you still can post in the other thread and eventually here.
Those numbers i put up can be changed anytime if we feel are too restrictive or to permissive. I based my idea on a 18yo with all adequate (6) except stamina

That should be done by the NT coach regardless.

Your threads don't track skill sets and training for instance.

when i was U21 coach i used the future stars thread to start my database. when i was coach there was not such website like Dream team. I used this thread, the Nt database and old school league scouting. if i remember you helped me with the spanish league

I understand I am the U21 coach and this is the future stars thread. Other than that I don't see a connection. I don't need this thread to do my job.

I hope to see this thread show users what they should be looking for in a star youth pull. IMO, As U21 coach I've seen to much emphasis on Incredible and above pulls over the seasons. Age and what week they were pulled is more important than there skill sum when pulled.

I just completed a roster breakdown of when all the 21 year olds on the current roster were youth pulls. I can post full results tonight if anyone wishes.

quick results here

18 players

1 pulled at age 16
9 pulled at age 17 (most between weeks 7 and 15)
7 pulled at age 18 (none after week 4)
2 pulled at age 19

So only 2 players were pulled after week 4 at the age of 18. These 2 could be the only 2 that reached the old requirements.


edit: the 2 19 year olds are Barry and Parkeman. Barry is the 8th def, I could of easily cut him before I posted the results. Parkeman was the last player added because of skill set, his training was key.
