I've had this guy for about 4.5 seasons. The first 2.5 seasons I had him, his form was tragic. He bumped it up after a while, but it was nothing stellar;just in the average range. Now he's back to tragic form. I was wondering if it's because he doesn't start on my A team. Anyone ever have similar experiences with other players. What did you do to resolve if you had success?
This is the guy I was talking about:
Oleg Esko , age 25
value: 324 250 $
wage: 5 775 $
tragic form
formidable stamina tragic keeper
outstanding pace very good defender
excellent technique very good playmaker
good passing incredible striker

I don't think there is any sure fire way to reverse drops in form. I've tried altering players positioning and playing twice a week, but nothing really seemed to work. I would sell him now.
nothing you can do about form.......sell the guy.........and get a replacement.
Somehow some players seems to never get form up and some players never get down from high form.

while i agree that form is one of those things you control, suprisingly i was able to get my guys in tragic form up during the past 2 weeks. for me it seems when certain players dont get any playing time their form goes up. beats the hell out of me if its legit or not.
Nah, but I may try to give him some Mescaline .
dont confuse form with MOOD !
