The wingers on the same side is an issue, and our damn strikers have too much PM, they won't shoot.

Lost for 3 simple reasons:
1. Our strikers were too slow and held the ball too long. MacKenzie had two breakaways and was caught, the only shot he took was from distance. It was true of Hale as well, he held everything. Tarley and Shultis were much better than him in distribution. Even our goal (PK) was a result of a breakaway caught from behind.
2. We lost EVERY single 50/50 ball. They were too fast, and we couldn't take it.
3. Our central defense is fine until they handle the ball inside the 6 yard box, the 2nd goal was close to an own goal, but became an assist.
The tactic was not perfect but it did what it was supposed, basically because he played a forward and wide winger, though he only really had a hand in the first goal. Had Hale been on other side it would have been better for us. The strikers got space, they just played with ball too much, and did not shoot.

Nothing came of it, the first goal maybe, but it should have been cleared. The winger held the ball a lot, but did very little other than draw fouls.

they hit the bar and forced saves from several crosses. Was a shame that Duffy was crap and Mackenzie wouldnt shoot. Hard luck boys
