This is the rub my friend. You say you are a coach, but you do not deliver results. You say you are afraid of overpaying, well if you do not trust yourself there, can you trust yourself to pick the best players when you run for NT?
It is hard to really tell if you tactics are working. I can make a wonderful drawing, but if it is in crayola, while it may look nice, it will have minimal value. And that is essentially how your team is. I have no doubt you are very good at identifying things in an opponent's tactic, and are good on how to compensate, but what I am not certain is if you can execute.
You will have my support for NT still, but if for any reason it looks like you are not able to answer the questions that will be posed to you and we will have a foreign manager (yes it is NT manager, not coach) because of the issues that keep popping up, that will concern me greatly.

until he gives me a screenshot showing that he has the 25M USD, I wont trust him. He could have just said he was just kidding, but instead, he went on with his lie.
also, if he shows me the legit screenshot, I will publically apologize and vote for him.
All throughout the U21 season I went with you and picked out the players for the lineup. I can identify opponents (as I've shown) and I am a huge tactic maker.
The biggest thing with my team is that I'm training a crap load of people under the ago of 20 and I'm training pace. It doesn't matter what tactic I have, without pace to get the players anywhere there is not much hope at all.
