is there another rules section.. all i found was this.. sorry..

open ONE thread in the appropriate country forum after the elections start. Please prefix your thread with [NT] or [U21] , e.g. [NT] forestman or [U21] guacamole.

just states to have the prefix U21.. not that you cant have a title.. confusing.. i can read it ten times, and still not see were it states i can only post my name on the thread title.. oh well its changed.. i was by no means trying to thrwart the rules.. and yes i did read them.. atleast the article on the info page.. several times.. sorry if i missed another section of rules that are more specific..

the guy only joined in january. while there is some merit to having 'new blood', why not let the guy be a scout for a season, or at least win in B-League , or at the very least compete in B-League for a season.
sorry, I can not in vote for such a new manager

that is why i wish llama was running again. He has had a season in B league and been involved but not had opportunities to make tactics the way he would in the national team.

I dunno, I cant get over all that money in the bank and still a crap team thing. Wierded me out a bit

I always cared about the US team more than my team so never made sense to put more effort into my team. I've watched more US NT games and analyzed them all than I ever have for my personal team.

So Noma, you have some good things going for you - especially Gaz in your corner. If you are truly qualified then you beating me out would be of no bother to me, but are you?

why do you think you are qualified with only one calendar year of SK experience?

What validates you as an "elite tactician"?

What do you know about the current crop of players that makes you guarantee results? Do you know how we look going into this qualifying tournament, players lost? players coming though?

I believe i have a stellar understanding for Sokker Tactics.. Im also aware that i have plenty to learn, and look forward in doing so.. I am willing to put in the time to do so..and have no problems consulting with others for advice, and ideas..
I have a great support network with Fro's Mentor Association.. An elite mentor in Slammy (the Champ!).. Along with the time, and desire to make our squad great..
and yes.. tactics are my specialty ;)
and i DO Believe we can win!

Having vast knowledge about the current squad doesn't take much, we're not Poland.

I'm supporting noma because he seems most enthusiastic about the U21 squad, the best U21 manager will have players at the U21 level (they may be older), and they will be interested in working with different tactics.
