Having vast knowledge about the current squad doesn't take much, we're not Poland.

I'm supporting noma because he seems most enthusiastic about the U21 squad, the best U21 manager will have players at the U21 level (they may be older), and they will be interested in working with different tactics.

Nomadicracer all the way!

i thought there was some kind of rule about rubbishing in each others threads?

one of the reasons that I would a guy in charge who is a bit less experienced in that it may promote much more discussion about tactics and player attributes in the U21 forum, which would be interesting for me.....if of course he intends to keep the forum. What is your position on this nomad?

I definately plan on keeping an active forum/ communication, for anyone interested.. I would want to give our team the best chance at winning..and I am always interested in hearing other managers ideas..

thanks for the support!

For my experience in the past as a NT coach and MOD. every new coach promise to keep the forum active regarding the USA teams, but most fails, because of lack of interests from users few weeks after elections ended, because recently that private forum has been open and becasue being a NT coach is a very time consuming "job", at least when i was in charge when all the scouting had to be manual.

What is your idea about Forum activities??

Am I getting this right, This guy's been in Sokker 5 1/2 weeks?
2011-03-09 21:39:33
Good Question!
I would be interested in player discussions, along with tactic suggestions.. Things of that nature..
Yes i am new.. but i have a quick learning curve.. The time.. and i understand one of the best ways to learn, and have a successful team, is putting the collective knowledge to work..

I would certianly be up for any suggestions also..

With U21 qualis soon, I'd be learning towards someone more... experienced? And this guy in their staff?

What's funny is that I have been playing this game for 4 years (since Jan-2007), and it was just until recently that I learned something very important in terms of how the tactics engine is designed to work (actual) vs. how they market it to work. It was driving me crazy, because the set up is not exact in terms of where your players should be based on your setup in terms of where the ball is sometimes in certain situations. That's just another moronic thing about this game, C'est la vie!

Gaz I do not think I rubbished him at all, I asked very fair questions, and it is permissible to post in other candidates threads.
