I thought that I would start a new thread to get people talking about our upcoming and critical game with England. This is breaking news and unfortunate at that, but England's divine keeper Hann was injured in his league game today and will miss the upcoming match.

first thing USA has to do is get more shots in then just 2

Stokes is with us this time around with England. Let's see if he's the difference maker.

Hann may be out, but Bevan and Hulka (Ben) will be back who didn't play in the first game :P.

Really bad tactics from USA in todays match.

I was hoping for the bog standard tactic myself, fortunately the treehouse was also setup perfectly for this new one.

England's speed was too much. Our tactics were a lot better than what they have been. Our defenders were set to stop forwards, but they were just in the right place at the right time to receive the passes and run past our defenders.

Look how many chances our players got to run it up the side of the field, and then watch the English player completely outrun him.

Pace is incredibly important at international level. For all players really.

I expected England to block up the middle and relied on the side attacks. Well, they did, it's just that their defenders just had to pace to meet our attack.

What's sad is that I played a quick lineup. Perhaps that fastest that I could have without playing considerably worse players.
