Those brits don't know anything about food anyway. Except how to breed mad cow diseased cattle and make good beer. Really good beer.

French fries here are specifically the thin type things you get from the likes of McDonalds.

Our food names are better and you know it and they make a lot more sense, ie:

- crisps (they are crispy. You call them chips when they are more slices)
- cookie (here a cookie is a specific type of biscuit, you say that for any biscuit)
