Subject: The Death of the Wallace

There are "are you sure options", but they don't help much as they don't say who you are sacking. Which is annoying.
2006-06-07 09:34:50
do something about it
2006-06-07 12:30:06
oops you are correct :)

Rakes a letdown? WHAT? I'm a defender trainer. In 2 seasons, he'll be starting on the NT. He has 3 pops in 2 weeks of training. He's getting PM, defending and tech training in the next 3 weeks, and some pace and stamina after that (some passing by the end of the season). With his talent, he should be solid or above in 2 seasons in everything but passing.

View the magnificent defensiveness!
Craig Rakes, age 19
value: 122 750 $, wage: 1 850 $
unsatisfactory form

poor stamina,
formidable pace,
average technique,
hopeless passing,
unsatisfactory keeper
excellent defender
poor playmaker
adequate striker

PS Rakes is baking them doody cakes, and they taste NASTY.

I already added a suggestion for an improvement to the are you sure message.
2006-06-07 19:04:10
In the meantime, i guess we could add a bit of strenuousness to the are you sure message. Only the devs can add the player name, but we could add something saying something like "Please be sure you selected the player you want to remove, as this is irrevokable."

It should be the same as the coach, it says the name of the coach before you fire him.

I knew that would get you going, took you long enough though.

I've got one I pulled last July that's pretty similar to Rakes. Future NT stoppers.

I thought he would have needed more tech and passing....

but look at my friendly games...I play him as my defensive midfielder now...so he gets main training in main stat I'm training.
yay

I consider all players with a main skill incredible. Defense, in this case, is a high need for our team, plus he has speed and he is young. I give better consideration to younger, trainable players.
