Whenever I make a new tactic and save, I go to the squad screen and it never looks the same. What is the problem?

I don't fully understand the question. I'd like to help, please clarify.

this is because you don't want people to see what kind of tactics you play, so it gives you a generic view, but the actual specificts you wont be able to see, watch your games and you'll see that your players are in the positions you want them to be not, what the picture looks like

I think I understand what is going on. You do realize that in order to set a tactic you really have to make about 32 different mini formations? You can place the ball in different locations, and you then put your players where you would want them if during the match the ball was on the field in that spot. You do that for all available locations on the field, and then the formation you see will be the average of those 32 mini lineups. Does that help any?
