So he is a solid and will not be ready until 15 weeks,
does that mean he will be a decent player?

Yes, that's very likely if he has any talent whatsoever and you have a decent youth coach.

what should my coach have in skills?

For a junior coach, you want the best one that you can afford. Looks like you joined not too long ago, so if you can, try for a formidable junor coach. If you can afford the weekly salary for anything higher, then by all means, go for it.

Search on the transfer market before recruiting coaches!

I have 200k in the bank!

And my coach is at solid now.

How much would a formiddle cost?
2006-07-13 02:48:01
200k now, but plan on losing ~15k /week on home weeks and ~30k/week on away weeks as a new team.

At least thats where I am as a new team. Outside of some older below average players (that I bought cheaply to have a semi-competitive team) I have an Excellent/Solid/Good/Very Good(junior coach for now) which eat up a lot of my expenses.
