Is spamming through SK-Mail with player ads against the rules?

If so, who do we report it to.

Spam indeed......"please, buy my player", right?

Send an email to admins@sokker.org explaining the nature of the spam, along with the team/manager envolved. They'll send a warning, then fine or ban the person if they get out of hand.

Alternatively sk-mailing guacamole with it could be useful.

Most of it is election related (which isn't allowed even during elections) and transfer spam related.

The message is in Polish, but I get the general idea that its a player ad due to the informatoin sent.

Funny thing is, the player didn't sale today or may have not been on the TL at all after looking at the players History.

I will copy the message and send it to the suggested address.

Thanks.

That was the first thought I had, but didn't want to overload his Mailbox inappropriately.

Usually he'll pass it onto an admin (as mods can only do forum stuff) so it doesn't matter whether it is guac or an admin that is sk-mailed.

Is guacamole a GM in the US now? I think I remember seeing that somewhere now that you say that. Sorry, I've been "away" for a while & I haven't been reading forums/announcements much lately.

Mod it is, never mind.

There are no "GMs" in SK :P.

He's a moderator which means he can do stuff like ban people from the forums etc.

Admins are the equivilent of GMs on that oHTer game.

Right on. :)

What is your official capacity within the hierarcy?

BTW, that oHTer game pulled me over here. I refuse to bad-mouth their recent troubles staying online. :D

Officially my title is "English language nations moderator". USA specific is Guacamole, England specific is Forestman, although the titles don't really mean a lot really.

Guacamole also has a bad hair line. Don't forget that part.
