what is the difference between wingers and midfielders?? which one should have more passing, or pace, or tech??

i'd say generally wingers need more pace (more open area more often, but both need it), mids need more tech (more congestion), and both need passing about same

They both need all 3 of course.

The easy answer is that it depends on your tactic. The tough answer, because all midfielders need to be well rounded:


WINGERS:
Pace, passing, PM: more important for wingers.

Pace: Just like Guacamole described it.
Passing and PM: to make sure they send in a nice cross instead of doing something stupid with the ball.

INNER MIDS:

Tech, Defending: more important for inner-mids.

Both of those skills are equally important in the central midfield.

All midfielders need: Pace, tech, passing, defending and PM skills, How much of each depends on your league.
