All that matters is the coach's main skill (good/excellent/formidable coach). The individual skills don't matter for your junior coach.

The only thing that matters is that he is an outstanding coach. It doesnt matter what attributes he is good at, just as long as his overall evaluation is high.

How do you find a coach like that? You cannot just put in something like that in skills select.
Check the Trainers Transfer list... or get lucky at the Coach recruitment aka the Wheel of Death.

there is a transfer market for coaches.
the coaches general skill level is an average of all his individual skills, so if you wanted to hire your own, you could put your desired level in all the individual categories, or something long those lines, and hopefully he will come out what you wanted
(GK training makes coaches wages very high, so id always put it unsatisfactory)

Training takes place every Thurs. so its too late for this week but I would get one as soon as possible because in my opinion the junior school is more important than your stadium size as far as $$$ earned goes.

Ok thanks, but when do I need him in place for my juniors to benefit, does that update when squad training updates, or a different day? Right now, all I have is a weak trainer.. thanks.
You need a new one for sure by next Thurs. the same day as the senior squad training...

He needs a Junior Trainer only if he already have Junior players (trainable and for that i mean no tragic, hopeless, unsatsfactory and poor at least) in his junior squad ...
