What do you mean by 'labeling' 10 of your players as mids in the same game?
Setting them with the mid order.
Keep in mind that the tactics/formation is not the same as the position your player is playing.
It'd be fully possible to give the players most-offensively positioned (normally the strikers) a DEF order and have them play as if they were defenders (much more prone to kick the ball away, hardly ever shooting, etc).
When ppl talk abotu mid for the perspective of training, it's the ORDER that matters, not the position on the field...
