Hi guys,

At what age training is not effective anymore? I just started training defenders and I have a bunch of 21-22 years old guys that I want to stay loyal to but not sure that it is the best idea. I was also wondering how fast do players train? Is there any way to figure that out?
Thanks

Talne is really important.
Some managers say that 23-24 would be the best age to stop training and sell your players. But I think if you great assistant coaches and players are talented, then train the player when he becomes 25-26.

The average imo is 3-6, depends on talent, age, coaches.

You can always buy a plus. It has a feature which shows the players` training.
Or sokkermon might help, not sure atm.

On lower levels player gains his skills faster. It also depends his talent and age. Pretty difficult to say how many weeks it takes to gain a skill. Younger players 16-17 pop every two weeks on lower levels. Older ones three and more. One of my defenders, who is 22..popped from formidable to outstanding in 4 weeks. But he is really a big talent.

Sokkermon helps slightly. I used a spreadsheet to track talent and pops first, and now i'm using an sokker helper app to do it. Plus is great, but if you're traiing multiple stats (different ones each week), it can't really show you all of that the way you need to see it.
