The team ratings arent really worth anything in my opinion. Just look at KY Cats for an example. That team is dominant (went undefeated last season in the ML). Yet his team ratings usually stay around average or adequate. I would think his team ratings would be much higher.

The defenders that I use take my ratings down a lot; however, they get the job done for me and that's all I need.

Dissappointed in my result due to giving up an own goal - shouldn't have won, but I'd have had a chance without making it easy for my opponent.
