question about incoming juniors in the school. do you keep this kind of old (18) players:

Good incoming junior with 34 weeks to go, but 18? Does it worth it? He will come out when he's 20...

I keep these (final skill):

16 yo - [6] skill minimum

17 yo - [8] skill miniumum

18 yo - [10] skill minimum

19 yo - [13] skill minimum

20 yo - [15] skill minimum

I would keep yours, but don't count on any big money, but I would also keep it for playing in the junior league :)

I think you can leave him to test his talent. You have as many as 27 juniors in the school. I would leave 6 slots free before every Saturday.

After a month from publishing training efficiency calculator, I made a new tool:

Youth Talent Calculator

This tool draws graph of junior progress after providing data (red line)
Using linear regression - counts "talent" and draws a trendline (blue line)
Using my own algorithm - counts adjusted talent and draws adjusted junior progress (green line)
Comparing actuall and adjusted progress counts mistakes made by coach.

AND

After providing enough data - you need just 2 mouse clicks to automaticly upload graph and copy bb-code to clipboard so you can share your graph on sokker forums!

TODO
- uploaded graph needs a value of talent to be plotted on it.

So if I understand this calculator, my player should come out 1 week short of brilliant in week 13(5 weeks left in YS). Says 3.75 talent.

Great talent, how old is he now?

17. Fortunately I got them at 16 within the first 2 weeks of the season at a solid skill level. I am hoping for a good skills distribution since they have good form during junior league matches(34-42) as a striker.
