Subject: Help Me Train

So, I’ve played this game at two different times in the past. 2006-2010, made the ML…. Fun. Produced some USNT players. Couple million in players and in the bank. Good times were had.

Came back for a short stint in 2014-16. Ok. Just busy with work.

Just came back, but with the big changes lately, there’s a lot that’s different. So I’m asking for help. Been back 3 weeks and haven’t had a successful training session yet. Assist keeps telling me I’m missing training.

I understand they nerfed pace training a good bit, but it’s where I’d like to start. So, can someone give me some guidance on my set up to train pace given the new design?

Game 1: line up A, set to train Mid Pace
Game 2: line up A, set to train Mid Pace
Friendly: line up B, set to train Mid Pace (swapping out 5 mids for 5 other mids?)

From what I understood, the pace training will be slowed down starting next season. As it is now you can pretty much maximize the pace training to 33 players. With 3 games per week you can train up to 15 players in PLA, DEF, PAS, TEC... 9 ATT, 3 GK. I didn't miss any training... Do you have 1 head coach and 3 assistants?

What should be expected, based on past season changes.

8.06 - last league match
9.06 - training
10.06 - friendly
12.06 - playoffs / friendly
15.06 - friendly
16.06 - last old system based training
17.06 - age update / friendly
18.06 - game update
19.06 - friendly
20.06 - post-season sponsors bonus + supporters membership fee
22.06 - friendly
23.06 - first new system training
24.06 - first cup round / friendly
26.06 - first league match

That training schedule is fine. No need to look into the training progress since it is bugged at the moment (i.e. player's minutes are not adding hence you are getting the missing training red circle of death)

the number of players, orders are fine. Ivisafety39, how many coaches do you have?

Right now just one senior team, one junior.

My memory is that the overall rating of the 3 assistants works as a multiplier for the skills of the senior team head coach.

Since I’m just starting out and still cash flow negative, I thought I would put that money into a small youth school+coach. Trying to get luck on a pull.

no assistants? I would have at least one.

Yup. Looks fine to me. 1 head coach, 3 assistant coaches, 1 youth coach.
