Not last season, right now I am as my time allows, I am (see: Iceland) but my focus this season is on helping Norbert (where applicable) as his matches are more relevant. I've also been reviewing Israel's U21 as well, especially since I know the skill sets of their players from last season.
I didn't watch El Salvador because there's no reason unless you found a way to lose that one, too. Truthfully, I don't need to watch a bunch of your losses to know you're a terrible in-game manager. That's literally your only job with a senior NT.

U21 is different, and honestly, I'd argue U21 is a more difficult job than Senior NT. U21 you have to try your best to micromanage training as well as tactics.

You conveniently dodge all the arguments against you, because you don't have any.

It's simple. Stop sucking at your job already. Win the Gold Cup and take a step towards eventually proving me wrong.

I have already worked in many national teams, including Indonesia, Morocco and Kenya, and my club is in the 2nd league in Poland and I was one of the few to do it in such a short time. I already have several achievements with the national teams, so I really don't need your support because you're just a hater. I do my job very well and I am appreciated for that, and I say goodbye to the haters if they don't have any constructive criticism to say to me other than just chatter.

In the GOLD CUP semi-finals we will face Mexico, the defending champion, and these are the fans' expectations:

"The opponent is better, but the fans still believe that with a bit of luck, their team can make a surprise."

You work little. For example, your U21 player is having success… because he is in the U21s with another coach. A hard-working coach makes substitutions, but you are too lazy to choose 14 players. You only choose 11, and you often repeat the initial 11. A player who enters at the end of the game has a higher performance. How many times has the USA made substitutions in the last few months? norbert1987 is an excellent coach. You are lazy, and the little energy you have… you spend on the forum bragging, making excuses, or pulling for yourself successes that are norbert1987's merit and not yours.

I have to admit, I am a bit surprised you're in 2nd league Poland, even if it has been 3 and a half years, which is probably a good time frame.

So, it's a real conundrum for me. How are you so bad with the USA NT when you seem to manage well with your main team?
I can only guess that tacticians in Poland are not much better than here in America. I mean, I am a top 5 team in this country after just over a year.

Look, I have never questioned your ability to build a player, or a team. I question your ability to get the most out of our national team, as constructed.
I also question your desire to put the best effort into this, as you're spending more time greasing the skids for defeats in your posts (oh noes! Cuba), and shouting to the community every second post how you are committed to training youth (which is great, in and of itself - I do thank you for this).

If you're so good tactically, let's see it. I'll be paying extra attention next season in the Cup.

Someone needs to hold you accountable for underachievement. I've decided it's going to be me.

Everyone who knows this game understands these comparisons - at the club level - are based solely on fan base size comparison. When I played Dinamo T a few weeks ago it had me as a heavy underdog, lmao.
Seems they are just as moronic at the national level because...

Mexico's last starting 11 comes in at around 24.7 million in value, and one has a red for this game (Corona).
America's last starting 11 comes in at nearly 26 million in value.

There's no excuse for defeat here, other than bad match RNG.

This challenge to the islander makes no sense. The problem is not winning or losing, as we are all limited by the quality of the players. You won't show anything by beating a team with worse players.

The problem is also not losing against weaker teams, as bad luck can happen to everyone. The problem is losing regularly against weaker teams.

You are a coach with a lot of energy to talk about, but I think you do little work in preparing for games... to the point where you don't even make substitutions. You seem like you want to be famous, but you don't work hard enough at your job.

Think about what you're writing, first you tell me not to use an out-of-form striker for a change, and now you write that you want changes :D You're getting lost in testimonies :D and this after winning the match 4-0 and full domination :)

Whether or not I'm a candidate... doesn't stop me from being outraged by the fact that you continue to destroy the USA NT, thanks to the defamations you make against the other candidates, and they allow you to remain there. I can comment on your laziness... without being a candidate.

All this celebration because of a victory against one of Sokker's worst teams is a testament to incompetence. A good coach wouldn't even care about such an easy victory,
