Mark Stark to All
Greetings,

After almost 19 years as a successful Italian player, I'm considering a complete rebuild of my team. Currently leading in the Italian Serie B and ranked 4th among 650+ users in Italy, I've been part of a highly competitive environment for the past three years.

I'm now planning to focus on the most populated and active anglophone communities, driven by a special connection since my childhood. The project involves dedicating efforts to restart training plans for 16-17-year-old players. I've successfully executed this in the past, starting from scratch over ten seasons ago, with many of those players now in their national teams or under observation.

Given the new training system, the process is expected to be easier, with less concern about each player's starting skill. The primary focus will be on identifying good talent.

I plan to concentrate on one or, at most, two nations, depending on the quantity of young players each community can promote from their youth teams. The ultimate goal is to completely rebuild a roster of 10 to 13 trained players, each capable of candidacy for their respective national teams, thereby enhancing the overall quality. The target rating for my future team is a minimum of 77-78, this means easily more for the total roster of their NT. If successful, I might also consider a future candidacy for the national team, depending on community sentiments.

Before proceeding, I'd like to ask the community the following questions:

Are you interested in and enthusiastic about my project, seeing its potential to improve your NT team?

Would you be willing to concentrate on youth teams to produce more 16-17-year-old players, especially in the first half of the season?

Can someone help estimate how many teams are actively promoting players from their youth teams?

These questions are for evaluation purposes, considering that I plan to rebuild my team with a new cycle of young players no later than next three seasons, possibly sooner based on community responses.

The concrete implementation of this proposal depends on the positive response and availability of each community, which is crucial to me. Thank you in advance.

:)

Norbert and I have been training young players for the NT team and developing the team for 5 seasons now, which resulted in the U21 national team qualifying for the U21 World Championships, but anyone who would like to additionally train players for the national team is welcome, and Norbert also runs already the 2nd edition of "Young Bald Eagles", we invite you to participate.

In the USA, about 30 users run junior schools. I know that several users want to start junior schools in the future. Some users leave talented juniors in their club who leave the schools to train them, and some put them on TL. Me and Adivip follow TL and try to buy the most talented young players from the USA, whom we train to improve the results of NT and NT U21, and this has been the case for several seasons. If you want to join us, you are welcome.

Thank you so much for welcoming!

The predicted time for starting the rebuild was three season. I'm just checking communities feelings by first. So it's a bit early to start immediately.

But, considering the whole good response of various communities that I just received, I gladly can anticipate it by one season. So I predict to start around after around 20 weeks since now.

Until that time, I will organize myself at my best, also contacting friends who could help at the same way. Meanwhile, I will be happy to participate to communities activities, proposing my opinion and suggestions to be of help.

So many thanks.

Good feelings by first. After that, USA are the most populated community where I proposed myself today and, as you confirm, is just in perfect health about new player promotions from youth team. So the potential is huge right by now.

30 junior schools are enough to permit an excellent amount of 16/17 yo new player to check their talent, through a whole season.

Since more than one community is well responding, my intention is to incentivate friends to help in the same way and personally, focusing on players for more than one nation, so to grant best possible development incentivation for all of them.

Being welcomed by both of USA NT coach, I will start immediately to be of help participating to community and its activities, with my personal opinion and suggestions. Thanks again.

It's a real pleasure. I'm glad to inform that I just talked with my friend in real life DeddeKnight, who accepted to help me in this project with his team.

So he will start immediately this week by forming season by season a talented roster of 10 trained 16-17yo players, so to be trained on friday matches. I will drive him, starting from acquire an adequate staff within this week.

This way, all efforts can just be considered as doubled.

Thank you!

Seems impressive skills for a 17yo in early start of the season. But he's been yet trained since 16yo. He will become a suitable U21 champion very soon. Personally I would develop him as central offensive MID.

At the moment Dedde is aiming for other minor 16-17yo USA promising picks, more suitable for his actual economy funds.

I see that our friend changed his login and took part in the elections in Ireland. I hope he will continue to train young Americans ;-)

That's for sure, expecially if appreciated! I recently changed my nick, so choosing definitively a better one, more modern and suitable to me.

:D

I'm actually training Cecil Chase at full speed in my roster, meanwhile i'm also checking talent for Alvis Dimaggio, who seems very promising. All others will be sold or fired, if unsold, since hasn't been lucky checking their talent, about of my american players.
I'm pretty close to form a definitive young roster btw, but still looking on the market for some good player to check.

I've formed also a senior team for official matches, proudly buying two ex USA NT players as Boo Nixon and Kelsey Wingert, whose are impressively performing at their age.

As you said, I candidated myself in Ireland for senior NT and, if elected, I probably would focus more on Irish young players to train and grow up. I cross fingers!

:)
