This will just make polish youths slightly less overpowered while making everyone else in the game worse. Great job devs!

yeah, everything is going to be tricky, because on the one hand, there's too much money in the game. on the other hand, it's kinda like the US economy. The top 1-2% own like 50% of it.

So, if Raul and company want to get this game to actually turn a profit, they need to implement a solution that is both an upgrade, and doesn't punish newer teams.

I guess the thinking about international recruits is that it may benefit inactive countries at a NT level.

I get what they are trying to do. It seems like they are trying to make divine skills more unattainable to make match play more competitive rather than a game of rock paper scissors with tactics.

Unfortunately the most active and vocal critics of reform on forums hoard hold all the cash in this game since they have been playing since 2005-2008 and are the most opposed to reform

"to make divine skills more unattainable to make match play more competitive"

Maybe, but even with great players... sometimes it's boring to watch games. If the players are even worse, the more boring it will be. Sokker needs more spectacular football, better played. So, if the players become weaker, it will be bad for Sokker.

For me, it would have been more important to create a B team, for the coaches to put these players to compete in normal championships. Good teams either sacrifice the championship, or only use young players in friendlies, and that gives them less experience.

I agree. With only one exception (an 18 year old GK) I play everyone else in league matches - at my own peril. Fortunately this season, it looks like I'll only need to rotate in four players per week into ML games, last season, it was six.

I'm not sure it'll really work this way though, because older teams will always have the resources to produce the best players. Making the new ceiling magical isn't going to "magically" (see what I did there?) level the playing field. The younger/newer team will have just as tough a time producing a new 'magical' skilled player as they do divine now.

It'll just result in a worse product on the field. Not sure that's what people want.

Yeah I guess it would make the final product on the pitch worse instead of better. But isnt that the point? If you make training potential worse and talented players less available then a divine player actually has a considerable advantage!

I actually hate this just because watching stick figures run around in 2D is painful enough!

They already started doing this by slowing down pace training and making it more difficult to obtain divine pace. (also stops players from advanced training 24 players in pace regardless of position)

Right now it is way to easy/cheap to buy a grandpa with divine x2 defense or train someone by 25 (I nearly have 2). It makes match play super boring when most teams play 5 of these players and this makes divine strikers ultra valuable. Also kinda makes U21 tactics weird with the defending vs attacking disparity since incredible strikers are basically going against unearthly defenders all the time.

I don’t know how to feel about this since it kinda screws younger teams or smaller countries but by making divine less attainable it actually makes winning a match less about playing the right tactic.

Most of this game plays in Poland and most of the reform will probably to make the Ekstraklasa and top polish leagues more enjoyable/competitive and to make it more fun for those Polish players to pull a non polish player in youth academy so maybe they have some competition to stay rank 1 internationally.

That being said at a NT level it’s mostly going to be divine talent playing against divine talent regardless of reform.

Clubs playing since 2005 will always have an advantage regardless of what will be done. This is probably a stupid idea but if the introduced new coaches that are initially ridiculously expensive but get cheaper later it would give rich clubs a temporary advantage before being attainable for everyone and work towards balancing the economy.

wait, you're a plus member, are you mobile only? if not, why not watch in 3D. I mean, it's a little better...

It just buffers and never loads on my computer or phone. I just assumed it was bugged and broken

In my opinion, there is a bug in 3D. At the bottom of the field, there is a huge vertical extension. In general, I like 2D more, but on the tablet, I can only see 3D.

it takes a minute or two, but it's always worked for me.

After reading the post, I think there's actually several parts of it I would like.

Tying the highest possible youth pull skill to the players age is nice. You might find more 20-21 year old youths that have value. Currently, a 21yo Magical pull is basically useless. If they could have outstanding or even incredible that skill, that would dramatically change youth school outlooks. Right now, a 16 year old pull with any 2 skills above adequate is way more valuable on the TL than any 20 year old pull with 3x excellent.

I also like the idea of being able to shape the training youth school players.
