U20 Young Bald Eagles Regulation - III Edition

1 – All players enrolled in the contest must be Americans.

2 – There is no limit of players that each coach can enroll.

3 – Each player must be between 16 and 20 years old.

4 - Players who have already played in the national team can also participate.

5 - Players can be register in any week of the season.

6 – When a player is transferred to another club, he will stop participating and his score is set to 0. That is, if the new coach registers the player again, he will start from zero points.

7 – To validate the registration, you must put him in a transfer announcement for us to be able to check his skills. The registration post cannot be edited, so any participant can check the skills of any players. In addition, every time you want to register an skill improvement, you must put your player in transfer announcement and post a new post the thread of the contest with the content of the transfer advertisement. This message should be clear enough to help us finding and checking players. It is not mandatory to update each skill improvement, the player can be registered and updated only once at the end of the contest (last training - week 15).

8 - Scoring system

Obviously, not all skills add up the same points for the classification:



Skill Increments will be counted once, for example, if a player goes up to formidable stamina, the corresponding points are added to his total. But if later he goes back to excellent stamina and then goes back up, he will not get any points. In case of detecting any possible error in the sum of points, inform it as soon as possible for clarification.

9 - The winner will be the player with the most points at the end of the contest.

10 - In the event of a tie on the points scored in the contest, the winner of that spot will be the player who has:
a) Fewer weeks participating
b) Younger Age
c) Higher Salary

11 - Awards

1st place: Plus 3 months (sponsor - norbert1987)
The best 3 will play in U21 in week 02

12 - In case of having more than 3 players to register or update, the user must contact one of the organizers via forum or skmail to do it in an orderly manner, since only 3 players can be placed in transfer announcements at the same time. The organizer will notify you in the same way when you can remove some (s) to put another (s).
