If I was going to run for anything at all, it would be the NT Senior since Blue didn't achieve what he expected.
I'm mostly concerned, though, that I will run into the same problem as him, Paradiesky before him, and so on.

Looks like no one is running from the US side. Please consider applying so I can vote for Mustafa again. Yes it looks like our U20 players are weaker but I could see a strong group coming up in 2 seasons. There is definitely greener grass ahead!

Friend, you did a great job for 3 seasons. Stay in the USA U21.
norbert1987 You finished the season as the World Champion among 98 countries with the highest points and goal difference in the World Cup Qualifiers. Congratulations on your great success.
I am announcing my candidacy because no American coach has been nominated so far.
As you know, the next season will be spent with friendlies. Our goal is to stay in the top 32 and participate in the next World Cup qualifiers from the second pot. Since we have a weak squad, I will not play friendlies with strong teams. I will also do my best for the AMERICA CUP.
As Sebek said, even though we are weak this season, the next youth looks good.
Please vote for me. Thank you.

dude, to me you exemplify what an NT coach should be, foreign or not.
- Tactics are fine. You put the effort in.
- You try and help develop the players as best you can
- You aren't afraid to take responsibility for results.
- You aren't afraid to keep an open mind on management

Thank you for the congratulations, although it will be difficult to achieve success next season because the U20 age group in the Czech Republic is weaker.
I am glad that you are staying in the USA U21. It is a very good decision for the US community, for which I still have a lot of sentiment.

I don't mean to dwell, but any coach worth their salt would notice Mustafaatik and Islander aren't talking of the same "results" here. Offering an approach too deterministic to the influence of the management setup on the results of individual matches doesn't stand the tests of reason nor experience.
Let's consider these examples. In the week at the break of April and May the team of Volcers, competing in the American A-League.03 attained these two opposite results:
AEK Chios 0:2 Volcers
Volcers 0:1 AEK Chios
Two games, in the space of one week, one to the visitors and another one to the other visitors.
Setups the same, some regular in-weekly player rotation, different venue and weather and a completely different flow of both games.
Example two. Throughout the former season my team of Spain Trialists VII were playing against the team of Volcers on all
available occasions, using different tactical approaches but managing consistent results - in the upper single digits to nought.
But then suddenly, on June 6th Volcers managed a game like this:
Spain Trialists VII 3 aet 1:1 aet 1 Volcers
It's a regular-time 1:1 draw! Over a portion of the match Volcers were using the tactics I did for the remainder, while I was using theirs - without a marked difference in the overall flow! It doesn't end there, the proceedings in the extra time suggest there was indeed an advantage that just didn't precipitate during the regular time.
This is the extent of responsibility for match results a soccer coach enjoys. And Sokker models it intricately. Of course not having the time to analyze, predict and draft a new tactical setup is a different matter, but are we talking about this enough? Do we have have time for this in turn?
Then we have this "native coach" notion. In the game of Sokker where you can get the biggest breakthrough managing a populated team like Turkey or Poland is in the scouting and selection. But if you'd like a predominantly tactical approach, you target nations with fewer players of lower quality. Doesn't matter if it's your country or the next, except maybe where your ability to follow the banter is involved. But English is hardly an obscure language, even though reading through the international sections of the Sokker forums might suggest otherwise. So Americans shouldn't have any trouble being either the matrix or the minority. You could facetiously say you can see yourself on both ends of what Bertolt Brecht suggested in his "Solution" poem, that is - the electing of a new people for the leadership.
On a final note, there isn't anything in the Sokker rules prohibiting most political or philosophical remarks especially if their seriousness is limited by the gravity of the matter in question. Orders and plans are words too, but these forum words have a very limited audience and application. You can complain about the "baked in advantage others have" but then be unprudent about coaching wages which are "not an object". When this is where the advantage stems from. We should be talking in code about tactical and technical approaches and not some confused issues of perceived importance.
Can you forget to set a team up? Of course, everybody can. Even a saboteur.
Of course, being paranoid doesn't mean they're not after you.
Ultimately, soccer isn't artillery nor a game of cards. Also, you can't neglect its whimsical properties.

Why are you talking about AEK Chios?
He's not running the team, nor is he running? His tactics are awful, and always have been. When the new group of players (myself, Paradiesky, Tad, Sebek) all came up, dead weight like him was shipped back down to A-league (along with others who will permanently rubber band between the two leagues)
As far as you, I see you stuck your nose in the NT Senior elections again, but...
1) you really haven't accomplished anything in your time in the game, and you've been here a little longer than I have.
2) Andre is running and did a fantastic job his one term a couple seasons ago
3) What the heck are you even talking about at the end here? Did you ask chatGPT to make up some sort of nonsense to fill up that post?

Islander, ease off, you almost avoided sounding ridiculous. Where is this about Chios. It's about your ineffective mental attitude.
I won't hold your utterance up to the standards you declared in your -1 previous post, because that's your job, YOU should care about what you supposedly do. But everyone can read. Also, an actual coach who can tell if someone's setup is doing well or not doesn't need to play the primitive achievements game. They watch a game and they know. The Polish national coach was leading a FIFTH division team this term. Are you accusing a higher Sokker culture of failing to put childish vicious circles in place? Have you yourself mentioned them in the -1 previous post?
You've voiced doubts about your own tactics, have you forgotten that as well? Technique for forwards?
1) You think you have achieved anything? Why aren't you pointing out the senior national team is ranked 44. while the youth team has been at 32. or thereabouts for a LOOOONG while (since Norbert1987's tenure at least)? Certes, it's much cheaper to bring the youth team up, but how come there is SPACE for such an upgrade? How do you reckon...?...?
2) I'm running too and I'm talking about meaningful stuff.
3) If you're not sure then you haven't been following the team too keenly. So much about sticking noses in.

I’m not sure why you’re trying to win votes by arguing with those that vote?
It's okay. He's lost so it'll be time to disappear for another 13 weeks.

"I'm not sure why you're trying to win votes by arguing with those that vote"
Can you foster change if you're pressured into inactivity by incoherent drivel? Especially if it's your own.
It's basic intelligence Islander had exactly one vote, and at the time of asking he'd already cast it.
Last not least, if you have the time to run a national team, you can do what you want. Do you concur?
