and what is the difference for tactical discipline?

No idea, but TD is 50% based on team-work which improves very fast (and drops after changing club)

For example this O'Shea who played 1 game in senior NT has already 15/18 TD [14 experience, 16 team-work]

I have no idea how it works, the player I had was with me for 5/6 seasons and I simply couldn't get him above outstanding TD.

I never said anything about 24-year-old players developing by playing for the national team.

I meant that they would develop over three years on club teams and become the powerful U.S. national team of the future.

Then you are talking about completely different thing than releme

He thinks that USA qualified to World Cup Thanks to him, because 4 seasons ago he gave three games to a couple of 23-24yo players

Yes. I'm sorry, I explained it wrong. What I meant was different.

According to rules it allows a player to slow down opponent with the ball when running next to him.

Honestly I’d expect it’s not even implemented, just like height in headers was never implemented, they just said it is. BMI doesnt work as well.

Team discipline does matter, because very low adds randomness to positioning, so the player doesnt move exactly as its set up in tactics.
