Now is not the time to discuss some of these things. Paradiseky was chosen for the whole season.
Of course we can have discussions about things to improve but saying he fooled people this early in the season imo is premature. It's not how one starts but the season overall.

Yes, Andreyouthman, would You like to help?

What are You trying to achieve?
Basically, all I want is for you to, at the very least, follow through on what you promised.
You said you would work hard to ensure the national team secured a spot in Pot 2. Not only are you failing to achieve that, but, to make matters worse, there is absolutely no tactical flexibility when a match isn't going well, and that is what bothers me most.
You said you would interact on the forum... and yet, as it turns out, after the match against Azerbaijan, and following a humiliating defeat, you didn't say a single word. In fact, had I not posted five days later to discuss the match on my own, you wouldn't have even shown up.
I’ve already told you, I am upset because I feel that all my hard work has been in vain.
If you recall, after the match against Mexico, I praised your game plan and the result; I was genuinely happy about it. However, these last two matches have been an absolute failure, and I have every right to express my opinion.
After all, when things are going well, it would be easy for me to simply stay silent and only show up to criticize when things go wrong;, but that is not the kind of person I am. If I have to praise you, I will, and if I have to criticize you, I will do that too.
The only thing I ask of you is that you please work hard, turn this situation around, and prove me wrong.
And if you need anything tell me.

I'm not a sokker plus user
But going beyond that, there's a forum for the USA NT association where I used to write and analyze matches, and none of you gave me your opinions. I finally decided to stop, and now you come up with a closed forum just for Plus users? Are you kidding me?

if only there was this much accountability for a certain past NT manager who stunk for season after season in results. Maybe I wouldn't have burned out on all of this stuff.
At least Paradiesky beat Mexico. :)
Historically, and Andre - by all means - correct me if I am wrong - our problem has been subpar defenders.
Again I am always skeptical of match scores to some degree, since they don't make up for tactics and they tend to favor soft skills (PM, passing) over hard skills like pace.
Work is actually slow today, so I decided to watch the last two matches. Take from it whatever you want, or nothing at all. There are NOT criticisms, just observations. I can't put myself in Paradiesky's position because I haven't done the scouting.
Azerbaycan: 30 minutes in, we're looking fantastic even though their winger, Qznfrov, is completely ignored. Paradieksy's got our forwards lined up just right to best exploit the counter. We're up 2-0 and have the run of play in our favor. Easily could have scored number 3 minutes later. Their first goal is a header goal despite 5 guys being in the box. That's just sokker nonsense. Halftime it is 2-2, but if this is my team I am feeling good because we're getting the better opportunities and the open winger hasn't punished us yet. Its' 3-3 until Azerbaycan scores a bit of a soft goal at 61'. Cheatham has a seizure and goes and chases Qznfrov minutes later and lucky it didn't turn into goal 5. Second half essentially sees that winger have a field day, Unless I'm blind, it almost seems like they changed tactics to a 4-4-2 in the second half that led to two committed wingers, if so this is fortunate for them.
Really the only issue here is wing play is not respected and it just took until the second half to get exploited.
Norway: Once again a winger (Moldskred) is left to wreak havoc on the wing without any cover. Difference this game is that USA gets punished by it early. Moldskred just has to break an angled, from behind tackle from Woock and he's free. All game. Second goal is a saved penalty that the striker gets the rebound first. There's literally nothing, tactically, you can do about that. Honestly, I felt like America had some subpar RNG luck in this game, but if that winger is respected there's no way we don't draw, at least.
Again, I can't speak for scouting. One or both of these tactics could be brand new. It is a lot easier to run 5 narrow defenders in ML (or 3-2 with narrow wingbacks a level higher) when the player quality is at best equal to yours.

USA Training Network was created by me and serves a different purpose than the USA Association.
The purpose of this forum is to create a training cooperative of US and international managers for the sustainable development of USA players with high potential. By joining this forum you pledge to identify US players with potential and notify this network prior to a transfer listing so that effective training can be sustained. In order to maximize the quality of future U21/Senior NT it will be important to calculate and include talent estimations so that talent waste from our small user base can be minimized.
I started the forum a few seasons ago since everyone was complaining about how too many NT players end up with unusable skills at the level such as 15 pace. I see the issue as there not being enough US managers training players to peak skills. Transferred players often stall out when their skills are good enough.
Several seasons ago before some of my players reached peak skills only 2/40 national team players were being trained by US managers

Guys can I please request a sensible constructive conversation. I am sure you can help each other, after all it’s for your country. I understand upset, but it’s a game and if someone has experience and did a great job maybe they can give really good advice.
Our England NT was in a mess for a long time but as a community we have worked hard to train players and with 2 good managers we have really climbed the rankings well. You can’t do that with in fighting though ;)

Sure. I’m very impressed with what You guys do in England. Would like to have the same here but I can’t allow anyone to make statements about me that aren’t true.

Yes, I think the problem is that non plus users can’t access it, (from what Andre is saying, I don’t know if that is the case. But if it is the case then it would be beneficial to have a part of discussion in USA Association.
This federation page/forum does not require plus, just an invitation accepted.

I know you realize this, but your original link above that he replied to was that private training network, not the national team forum.
Probably accidental on your part.

Yeah that's what I've meant to send. but as Sebek said he was the one to open it so maybe it is the best if he remains in a full charge/ management of it.
meaning: ive meant to send a link to a training network
