Honestly, no it won't.
As I mentioned to Tad in a PM, the U21 program is at a real crossroads right now. Mustafaatik did a great job with limited talent at keeping us around the rank Norbert1987 left us at. The wrong tactical manager can easily send us back to the 40s.

I would be happy to withdraw my candidacy if someone I think is capable runs in the next few days.
If I'm elected I will absolutely do my best, whatever that amounts to.

It's great that you're running. If Mustafaatik isn't running, it would be best if you took over. You already have experience managing the U21 national team, and you're also an excellent strategist. Good luck, and I hope we don't run into each other at the World Cup :)

Dude thanks again for walking me through the NT chaos when I first took over Israel.

Like most everything else in this game you ALWAYS took the time to get me up to speed on things in game that changed from 2012 or whatever it was.

For those unaware, the only reason I stuck around back in summer 2023 was because Norbert was always there to answer the barrage of questions I threw at him.

If I had the right to vote, I would vote for my friend Tad.

I think there's different ways to motivate people, and we do have some users who have potential to do better if they put an effort, but personally I think we should build a place where we are kind to each other. We dont have many users.

..and as I told you, I just want a sound tactical manager, capable of making different tactics for different teams that mostly work (even if the results don't).
If someone else in or out of this community with a good tactical record wants to take the mantle, I am absolutely fine with that. I'm running at this point because I believe I NEED to.

I’m glad that Cristoph is coming back to the game and will be an active player this season. Huge accomplishment getting to the quarter finals like 5 years ago but you have been inactive and mostly hanging out in the A leagues for a while now. I look forward to seeing you back in ML again for another competitive season. I have no doubt that islander will put in way too much time and effort into tactics as a committed U21 coach. I still hate that you don’t have a youth school.
