Baeza could have gotten injured in the friendly match last night, or any other friendly match his owner was stupid enough to not put him in a corner tactic to protect him.

Only stupid people put their players in a situation like that in a meaningless match.

Much higher chance of getting injured on a terrible pitch.

Choosing a terrible pitch for a NT/u21 game is a dick move and a fuck you sign to all player owners, from both teams. Bascially saying „I don’t care if your players get injured, not my problem”.

Isn't chance to get injured same for both teams?

It is, what does it change? You invest in a youth player, you train him for your club / u21 / NT and then the NT coach decides to have a higher injury risk for all players that take part in the game

What am I missing here? Small pitch? We have slower players and lots of 20 yo in our lineup
