No match today?

It's not top secret at all. Wrestny is just a nickname of endearment we give to Jack Daniels and Uncle Max. It kinda got diluted and now it goes down to wrestny mods like mr_g and AnimalA.

That sucks, would have liked to see our team play with the experimental match engine.

They're working on a new match engine and testing it out in NT friendlies. They'll be testing it in our friendlies as soon as all the National Cups are finished, which means when Poland's is done. Big thread about it in Sokker International titled 'Engine Tests'.

Why again was there no friendly that week?

It failed to get set up, but friendlies arent too big of a deal since i didnt have a new tactic to test out. Besides, they are somewhat dangerous. its a good thing i didnt play bogan, because scott got injured. heh, I feel bad for him, getting a 18 day injury in only his second appearance in a friendly.

They are dangerous and I'd probably be doing exactly what you did today as far as playing the 3rd string keeper, and its certainly unfortunate that he got injured :(
