I'm up to 161K in coaches salary.

MC: Brilliant (38K)

incredible (25K)
outstanding (26K) (will upgrade to at least incredible soon, cost as much anyway)

I actually have one who's only excellent.

Excellent, formid, and outst.

Incredible at 19K, that's really nice. With my two brilliant coaches I can train anything (except GK) and still get nice secondaries. I've been recruiting, quality coaches are too expensive on the trainers TL.

End of season I'll recruit a couple coaches, 1 to replace the outstanding and another to see if I can get lucky with the wages.

I could maybe get one cheaper, but that was my first recruitment try.

Uhm, fire him. that's a ridiculously priced coach. off by 20K/week+

Next time you recruit, set keeper to mebbe excellent. Anything above incredible is hugely overpriced.

I have a horror story for you Lakay. I was bidding on a coach on the trainers TL, he started getting high so I started trying to see if I could recruit. For some odd reason I thought I had lost the bidding on that trainer. So I went ahead and did some heavy recruiting. Gave all of the coaches jobs, etc. Then a few hours later I noticed that coach I bid on was still on my bidding page......

DOH! I had won the bidding on him. Since he is slightly better than the coach I just "heavily" recruited, I sacked the recruit and used the guy I bought. All in all I would say I got screwed out of about 280k. Put my current head coach could be for life assuming that coaches dont start retiring.

I meant, anything in KEEPER over incredible is horribly overpriced.

recruited. exactly what i wanted with the exception i would have preferred the stamina unearthly shifted to either PM or stri.
