Subject: Weekly Stats

Honestly, I just ran into the opposite problem in my friendly last night, Jon.

I had good tactics, outplayed my B league opponent with my B team (it was his B team also, but he played his top defenseman).

His defense were just waay too fast for my strikers...I couldn't get to any loose balls - good passes or not :(

If you get some satisfaction out of beating higher league teams with your b teamers, you can play a friendly against my team. My b teamers are just youth squad guys that weren't good enough to sell, plus my b team striker trainees.

If I could schedule more games, I'd love to.

Sadly, I have no open weeks, even in the offseason.

And actually, I had been playing my A teamers in the cup, and B teamers in the leagu matches most weeks...

This week was an exception, I actually had one of my two opponents worth actually gameplanning for...

but even if I played my starters, my fundamental problem was my strikers inability to track down loose balls.

Pal's defenseman were quick. Sure, they just kept kicking it out of bounds...but it worked.

See? This game isn't THAT easy.... :)

lol, no. The only thing I could've done better was actually tried to develop a strategy for set plays...but I just autopiloted it with Sunday's game plan.

but in the end, I've got the opposite problem you have.

I believe I have good tactical skills, but my franchise is -250 in the hole and my team's only moderately talented.

First season and all.
