Subject: training tech

i wanna switch to tech training, sine tech is trained by position best, i was gonna train my defense in tech and put my strikers on defense on friendly games.
do i loose position training on my strikers?
if so, how much does that account for?

I am confused by "position" training. Do you mean osmosis training, or as some on Global call it, general training?

i was under the impression that if a player plays a postion in a game, that position is trained as well. now, assuming that is true, only the latest game is what counts (friendly) for training, how much if striking training do i loose if i put my strikers on defense during friendlies?

Everyone who plays a game during the week goes through a general training, and everyone recieves the same general training. A player labeled as ATT doesnt get a specific "ATT general training", so the answer to your question is none; they will get general training and the equivalent tech training for playing a full friendly labeled as def
