Subject: YS appraisal

Hi guys, looking for your opinion on who I should drop from my YS. Keep in mind that this is my first season and most of my starters are only 2 and a half stars.

Frankie Carter unsatisfactory 1 Reject
Lex Johnson good 8 Reject
Conor Mondale good 10 Reject
Clyde Conklin adequate 10 Reject
Luigi Hopewell unsatisfactory 12 Reject
Ronald Wolff average 15 Reject
Ante Crane adequate 16 Reject
Ephraim Jackson average 20 Reject
Reuben Furman average 21 Reject
Ashton Aaron adequate 29 Reject

Carter and Hopewell - gone.

You could keep the rest, although some will tell you that Conklin and Wolff are pushing it unless they have good talent. Talent is the deciding factor on guys that will come out at less than solid skill. Talent is measured by the number of weeks they take between two skill increases.

I'd ditch Wolff also...unless he's already popped and the length of time it took him is 5 weeks or less.
