it just takes away from the one thing we CAN control in the game. I mean, don't get me wrong, my starters average around 65-70 official matches so I would be well off, but I pride myself in putting them in the right spots most of the time in against everyone anyways
The new skill would just let people with less tactical experience get away with being not as skilled in the only interactive aspect we managers have

I was all over the complaint thread, fighting with fanbois from page 6 to like 13 of that new engine thread.
I am unequivocally against this positioning garbage. I even got guacamole to write Greg about it...but havent heard much back from him.

Yes, its very annoying, now you wont get the tactic you desired, very uncool, takes away from the game.

I am so confused, I just noticed that "new" skill....all of my young guys have either tragic or hopeless "tactical discipline".....This is a total BS!!!!!
To go with islander1's point, does anyone have a player with the skill above average?
I have two guys over 33 and they are both average, and one has played 85 matches in his career. I mean think about it, he is 34 years old, played the equivalent of 6 plus seasons (not too mention friendlies he has played in) and he is still average. Skill aside, you would think he would have a better grasp having played that much.

Some people have solid. that's because their players are NTers and have Divine experience. Hover your mouse of the skill, and a text thing will pop up showing Experience and Teamwork.
Everybody's teamwork is tragic for now.

the skill is like a second 'form' skill to add more randomness to match play then is realistically warranted.

It's funny, if an english speaking mod (me, gibbage, forestman, cometer) doesn't update the news it doesn't get done anywhere, they all wait for the formal english version and we pick it apart to try to make it clearer and minimize inconsistency or amiguity.

So true. I read over everything, and it's pretty much what I expected. With the part about the Coach's general appraisal though, and saying players' teamwork will be around that: does that mean my players won't go much above Adequate teamwork since my head coach is adequate?
