Subject: Coach Skills

Okay let me get this straight:

Junior Coach: The Main skill level of coach is only important in your Junior coach. Also, his skill level in what you train is important.
Head Coach: His general skill level in irrelevant, but you want him to have magical or above in what you train in.
Assistants: There Main skill level is irrelevent, but you want them to have high levels of what you train in.

Is that right?

Nope...

1. Junior trainer: as much general skill (apraisal) as possible
2. Head Coach: unearthly in what you train but also main skill is important now that the tactical discipline has been introduced (gets the teamwork higher if the mail skill is high)
3. Assistants: only important in main skill

OK guys I have been trying to figure things out. I will ask it in the simplest way I can:

What will be more effective for main training pops and to random pops (I am training Technique)?

1) Brilliant coach with unearthly passing, Good, very good and formidable assistants.
2) Weak coach with unearthly passing, 2 formidable assistants and very good assistant

Which scenario will give me the best results?

The way I understand it, they would be basically the same in Passing. Scenario 1 would produce more random pops.

AFAIK, it's the other skill levels on your main Coach, plus your assistants that help with random general pops.

My guess would be the scenario 1, because the Brilliant coach will probably have higher skill levels on his other training skills.

I have been wrong before and I will definitely be wrong again in the future, so take what I say as a 2 cent opinion.

Its ok dude, I appreciate you trying and help. The reason that I am asking is because if scenario 2 and 1 are almost the same we can save a lot of money by having a cheaper main coach...The reason I am trying to figure this is because my financial is stable as it is and I can not really waste much more on coaches. If scenario 2 is as good as 1 I am moving my brilliant coach to the youth team and the youth formidable coach to the assistants...

In that case, it depends on what you want to concentrate on, improving your youth pulls, or improving the training of your main team. The move will not affect the amount of money you are paying in coaches salaries.

I still think scenario 1 will give you the most general training pops and still give you basically the same results in passing training as scenario 2 will give.

1 = more randoms. im pretty sure general playmaking training with close to unearthly skill of main coach with decent assistants would be faster than poor general playmaking skill of main coach with slightly better assistants.

even so, how much money you save /week may not be worth it unless youre really comfortable financially. id say go for the happy medium of the two- excellent-formid assistants with a head coach between brilliant and weak (keeping the skill you actually train at unearthly of course)

I am still not sure what I am going to do...I guess that this season is half way through therefore I might keep the same system as it is. I am still confused about trainers. coaches. assistants but I guess that everyone has is problems...
