Subject: Buying Trainers

Why is it so hard to buy them? Everytime I put up a bid it doesn't work. I'm not here at the actual time when the transer ends. But I have had 5 unsuccessful bids.

Because they are in really high demand?

I know, buying coaches can be a miserable experience. Glad I finally got my new HC. Cost a load though :/

You need to be online when the bidding ends for players/trainers that you really want. You have to fight for what you want.

But, it never says that someone else is bidding on him.

oh but it does. If you don't see it, you either a) aren't online when you are outbid or b) are dense.

I think he means on the Office page.

When you are outbid for a player, he will still be on the office page for quick access to bid him again.

But this is not the case when being outbid for a trainer before his close time. The link to the trainer disappears from the Office page.

However, I agree, you have to make an effort to be online at the close time for the trainer to guarantee his purchase.

ahh, this clarifies things. I thought he was refering to actually being in an auction and not seeing someone outbid him while he's online.

See, whenever I am in a last minute auction, I open a new tab with the guy, and keep refreshing to see if my bid gets raised...
