Can someone explain to me why I have had ZERO pops in Pace for the entire team while training Pace for THREE WEEKS with an Incredible coach?
Dumb luck or what?
Dumb luck or what?
Two things. First is the dumb luck. Secondly you do not have a young team. Your youngest guy is 20. Most are 25+
So it is possible that the 5 or 6 guys you have in the 20 to 22 age range were all at the lower end of their current skill. It is also possible that they have bad talent.

3rd thing,
does your incredible coach have unearthly pace?

4th thing. Have you hired any hot cheerleaders? The boys might be slowing down all their running to stop and stare.

I'm pace training right now too and It was a strange week for me.
I had more random pops then pace pops. First time its happened to me anyway.

Yes, how did you know?
All my trainees are 20, 21, and 22 ... because the damned Youth Squad hasn't given me anything worthwhile under 20, and I can't afford to buy younger trainees of any worth due to the influx of BIG money from Polish managers who bid high on them.

Havlicek:
This prob won't make you feel ANY better, but I have to say the weeks I've trained pace I've had the worst pop rate out of any.
Fortunately, right now I've only two midfielders who still 'need' more pace....but training pace is something I'd probably never do long term as a team because the rate of pops p*sses me off to no end.
The same guy who pops every 2-3 weeks in PM up to excellent will take 3 weeks to pop to adequate in pace. I can't explain it, it makes no sense.
I keepw anting to do some weeks of pace, but I seldom get decent results. I'll love for my team to be a touch faster, but it just doesn't work for me. Just weird.

When you train pace you train more players. I think it makes sense.
If you can't field 2 teams of players 25 and under (ideally 23 and under), pace training is a complete waste of time.
