Subject: technique

I am trainig technique for about 4-5, maybe 6 weeks. All my players didn't increase any... can samebody give me same suggestions?

as i can see, you have just 4 trainable players, which limits the number of pops. how good is your headcoach in tech? assistants?

my head coach is solid , and one of assistants is good and one tragic.. how I now what are 4 trainable players? do you mean 4 in young team?

Is he solid overall, or solid in tech?

you can train players efficiently to the age of 24. i prefer players under 22 to train.
